Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of the capital in your trading account. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in this document is financial advice.
1. What Volt is: a trading infrastructure provider
Volt is a trading infrastructure provider. Volt is the trading name of Volt FX AI LLC, a technology company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its tagline describes the business exactly: private trading infrastructure.
Volt licenses and operates technology. The service consists of:
- a proprietary automated trading system (software) for the MetaTrader 5 platform;
- dedicated, institutional-grade servers (VPS) on which that system runs continuously;
- the MetaTrader 5 execution environment, connectivity and monitoring that keep it running;
- a client portal, dashboards and reporting so the account holder can follow the account;
- independent third-party publication of results on FX Blue.
Volt's role is technology, connectivity and operation of that technology. The capital, the trading account and the relationship with the broker belong to the client. Volt never takes possession of client money at any point.
Here is how the arrangement works:
- You open a live MetaTrader 5 trading account in your own name, directly with an independent third-party broker, currently Vantage Markets. You complete the broker's own identity, suitability and account-opening checks yourself.
- You fund that account yourself, and only you can withdraw from it, through your own broker portal.
- Volt connects its automated trading system to your account. The trading password is stored encrypted and managed by Volt's system. You receive the investor password, which gives you read-only access to every position from your own MT5 app.
- The system executes trades on your account according to its programmed rules. You can see every trade as it happens, and you can pause or end the service at any time.
- Results for each capital band are published independently by a third party, FX Blue.
Volt charges a monthly infrastructure subscription and a performance-based fee, as set out in the Client Services Agreement.
2. What Volt is not
Volt is a trading infrastructure provider, not a financial institution. To be clear about where its role ends:
- Volt is not a broker. It does not execute orders as a counterparty, quote prices, provide liquidity or operate trading accounts in its own name. Your broker does that, under its own licence and terms.
- Volt is not a bank or custodian. Volt never receives, holds, pools or controls client funds. Your capital stays in your own broker account at all times, and only you can deposit or withdraw.
- Volt is not a fund, collective investment scheme or pooled product. Each client has a separate account in their own name. Clients do not buy units, shares or interests in anything.
- Volt is not an investment adviser. Volt does not give personal recommendations, assess your financial situation, or tell you whether this service is suitable for you.
- Volt is not a deposit, savings or fixed-income product. There is no interest, no fixed return and no capital protection.
- Volt does not offer guaranteed, "risk-free" or "no-loss" returns, and no one representing Volt is authorised to promise them.
- Volt does not offer signals, copy-trading subscriptions or trading courses.
- Volt has no free trial. Read the account, read the agreement, and activate when you are ready.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on this website, in Volt's materials, on its social channels, webinars or in any communication from Volt or its representatives is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or to use any particular trading strategy.
All content is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before deciding to trade or to use Volt's services, consider whether it is appropriate for you and seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial adviser.
Any decision to open a broker account, fund it and connect it to Volt is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange and contracts for difference on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of the capital in your trading account. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
The main risks include:
- Leverage risk. Trading on margin magnifies both gains and losses. A small market movement can cause a large loss relative to the capital in your account, and positions may be closed automatically by your broker if margin falls below required levels.
- Market risk. Currency prices can move sharply and unpredictably due to economic data, central bank decisions, geopolitical events and liquidity conditions. Gaps, slippage and widened spreads can occur, especially around news and outside normal trading hours.
- Drawdown risk. Every trading system experiences losing trades and losing periods. Past months without a loss do not mean future months will be the same.
- Automated system risk. An automated system follows programmed rules and cannot anticipate every market condition. Its logic may perform differently in conditions it has not encountered before.
- Technology risk. The service depends on servers, internet connections, the MT5 platform, data feeds and third-party providers. Outages, latency, disconnections, software errors or cyber incidents can cause missed trades, delayed exits or losses.
- Broker and counterparty risk. Your funds are held by your broker, not by Volt. You are exposed to your broker's solvency, execution quality, pricing, fees, platform availability and regulatory status. Volt does not control or guarantee any of these.
- Cost risk. Spreads, broker commissions, swap or overnight charges, the infrastructure subscription and performance fees reduce your net returns, and fixed costs apply even in months with no profit.
- Currency and funding risk. Funding or withdrawing in a currency or stablecoin other than your account currency exposes you to conversion costs, network fees and exchange-rate movements.
- Regulatory and tax risk. Laws, leverage limits and tax treatment vary by country and can change. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on any gains.
5. Past performance and published results
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any results shown by Volt describe what happened on specific live accounts over a specific period. They are not a forecast, projection or promise of what any account will earn.
- Results are reported as the sum of monthly returns, not compounded. The independent FX Blue record displays the same accounts on a compounded basis, so the two figures differ. Both describe the same trading history measured two ways.
- Results are gross of some costs and net of others. Unless stated otherwise, published figures do not deduct Volt's infrastructure subscription or performance fee. Your own net result will be lower.
- Your results will differ. Outcomes depend on your start date, account size, broker conditions, spreads, commissions, swaps, execution timing, deposits and withdrawals.
- Third-party verification is not endorsement. FX Blue publishes account data independently. It does not audit, approve or endorse Volt or its services.
- Market comparisons are illustrative only. Any comparison with indices, cryptocurrencies, property or deposit rates describes different assets with different risks, liquidity and time horizons. They are not like-for-like and are not a recommendation to move capital between them.
- Client stories are individual experiences. Testimonials and case studies reflect particular clients, are not typical results, and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Client identities are withheld for privacy.
6. Regulatory status and restricted jurisdictions
Volt FX AI LLC is a company licensed in Dubai, UAE (Licence No. 2540405.01). Volt does not hold an investment-management, brokerage or financial-advisory licence from any financial regulator. The regulatory status of your broker belongs to your broker; it does not extend to Volt and should not be read as an authorisation of Volt.
This website is not directed at, and Volt's services are not offered to, any person in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful or would require a licence, registration or approval that Volt does not hold. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws of your country before using Volt.
Volt may decline any applicant at its sole discretion, including for jurisdictional, sanctions, capital, risk-profile or compliance reasons, without giving reasons.
7. Fees, access and third-party brokers
- Fees. Volt charges a monthly infrastructure subscription per account and a performance-based fee. Exact fees, calculation basis and payment terms are set out only in the Client Services Agreement you sign before activation. Fees are payable regardless of whether the account is in profit in a given month, to the extent the agreement provides.
- Your account, your control. You own the broker account and the capital in it. You can withdraw funds, change your trading password through your broker or the Volt portal, or end the service at any time. Changing the trading password disconnects the system.
- Credentials. Volt will never ask for your broker login password, 2FA or one-time codes, card details or seed phrases in open channels. The trading password is entered only through the Volt client portal, where it is stored encrypted.
- Third-party broker. Vantage Markets and any other broker are independent companies. Volt is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, execution, solvency, platform availability or regulatory status. Your relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms.
8. Additional legal notices
- No offer or solicitation. This website is for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial instrument, investment product or service in any jurisdiction.
- No relationship until signed. Visiting this site, attending a webinar or messaging Volt does not create a client relationship. Services start only after you sign the Client Services Agreement and your account is activated. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
- No fiduciary relationship. Volt provides technology under a commercial agreement. It does not act as your fiduciary, trustee, agent or adviser.
- Software provided as is. The trading system, servers, portal and dashboards are provided "as is" and "as available". Volt does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation, and may update, pause or modify the system, for example during abnormal market conditions or maintenance.
- Hypothetical and simulated results. Any back-tested, simulated or hypothetical figure has inherent limitations: it is prepared with hindsight, does not involve real money or real execution, and may not reflect costs, slippage or liquidity. Volt publishes live-account results; any non-live figure will be labelled as such.
- Forward-looking statements. Statements about plans, targets, expectations or market views are opinions at the time of writing. They involve risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially.
- Eligibility. Services are only for individuals aged 18 or over, or legally formed entities, acting with their own funds and on their own account, who understand the risks of leveraged trading.
- Tax. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on trading gains or other amounts in your jurisdiction. Volt does not give tax advice.
- Third-party sites and trademarks. Links to brokers, FX Blue, MetaTrader or other sites are for convenience. Volt does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content. MetaTrader 5 is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd; Vantage Markets and FX Blue are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
- Intellectual property. The Volt name, mark, design system, software, content and materials on this site belong to Volt FX AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer them without written permission.
- Privacy. Personal data you submit is processed under Volt's Privacy Policy. Volt never publishes client names, account numbers or contact details.
- Official channels and impersonation. Volt communicates only through the channels listed on this site. Volt will never ask you to send funds to a personal wallet or account, never asks for your broker login password, 2FA or seed phrase, and never guarantees returns. Treat any message doing so as fraudulent and report it.
- Changes and severability. Volt may update these disclosures at any time; the version on this page is current. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Where this page is translated, the English version prevails.
