VOLT consultation notice
Additional information for start.voltxx.ai · 7 October 2026
Consultation requests
When you apply, we collect your name, email, mobile number, eligibility answers and permission choices. We use them to assess this consultation route, arrange your requested call and respond to you. Submitting an application does not open an account or commit you to a purchase.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this site. Our application database uses Supabase. GoHighLevel processes consultation contacts, opportunities and calendar bookings for the VOLT team. Google reCAPTCHA helps validate submissions. These providers may process information in countries different from yours under their applicable terms.
Site measurement
We measure pages, interactions, video progress, approximate country, device category and active time. Event records exclude your form values. Session measurement uses a 30-minute inactivity timeout. A persistent pseudonymous visitor ID and first-visit attribution are stored only if you choose “Allow analytics”. Essential-only mode uses a temporary tab session. You can change this choice through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
The existing Keitaro campaign tracker measures campaign visits and conversions. Embedded YouTube video loads after you press Play and is subject to YouTube’s privacy practices. Country is derived from hosting infrastructure; precise GPS location is not requested.
Permissions
Permission to contact you about your application is separate from optional marketing permission. We store your choices and the notice version with the request. A recorded call requires your optional recording permission and the team’s confirmation before recording begins. You may request that a consultation proceed without recording.
Retention and your requests
Raw interaction events have a 90-day cleanup policy. Consultation records and aggregate session statistics follow the applicable business and provider retention policy. You may ask the VOLT team to access, correct or delete your consultation details, withdraw marketing permission or explain the applicable retention period through the main website.
This notice describes the VOLT consultation flow. Separate third-party account agreements and privacy notices apply if you later choose a supported financial provider.
